Salutations (I’ve always wanted to write that somewhere),

My name is Nkosazana but everyone calls me Kosa I’m a thirty something Baltimore native living in Houston, TX. By day I’m an Air Traffic Controller and by night I’m a self-proclaimed foodie. I love all things food, travel and fun. If you looked at my bank statement it would read food, food, plane ticket, drinks, groceries and target. The idea for Fork Deep came from friends visiting me in Seattle and I realized I didn’t have a “place”. You know that one spot that you take everyone that comes into town to for your favorite drink or “theeeeee besttttt” fries. As much as I love food and drinks it came as a total shock and Fork Deep was born. I wanted to create a place people can come and find out about different places in the area and hopefully find their “place” like I have. While on that journey I have evolved and realized sometimes we also need dope options to choose from when we’re traveling as well. So here you will find food I’ve enjoyed here in Houston as well as some random spots that were really really good while traveling.
